Welcome to NSU Summer Session 2010!

When you fill out the form, the red * marks mandatory fields.

Only one application per email address is possible.

If your application is not approved, the coordinator will inform you.

Your data will not be revealed to third party and will be deleted from the database after the summer session.

As a participant, ensure you have adequate insurance before you participate. Usually home insurance will be adequate. NSU will not cover such things as lost items by theft or if accident occurs.

If you have an institute that will pay part of the bill, or the entire bill, please fill out the proper information for the invoice.

Also give us a message if you want to have two invoices: one for the institute and one for you, and also how you want to split the bill.

Ensure before you participate, that you have adequate insurance for the entire family during the whole summer session. Usually home insurance cover incidences such as theft or accident. Children must be covered by a children's insurance during the summer. NSU will not take any insurance liability.

If an adult accompanying the participant, but does not participate himself/herself, please fill out the information below about the accompanying person. The accompanying person is not liable to any travel refund.

If an adult accompanying the participant is also participant, then register that accompanying person in a separate application as a participant, and not as an accompanying person.

If you bring children: contact the person responsible for the children circle, and give information with regard to allergies, ability to swim, and medication. If possible also telephone number and who to contact in case of emergency.

It is mandatory to fill out the studycircle you participate in. (It may not apply if you are e.g. a keynote speaker, guest or have other functions. If not applicable, choose the blank line (-)).

You may get ECTS points at the summer session. Read about ECTS.

Coordinators and arrangment committee arrives one day earlier, at Saturday. The participants arrive at Sunday.

Regarding travel refund subsidation (in Swedish). If not applicable, choose the blank line (-).

If you do not stay the whole summer session, your refund will be reduced, see our rules (in Swedish).

Choose the priorities you want for the accomodation. Name the individuals you intend to share accomodation with.

Choose a suitable currency for your invoice. Otherwise it will be given i SEK (Swedish currency). For Icelandic participants it will be in DKK (Danish currency).
